Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email support@spruceandsnow.com with your order number and photos. Please tell us within 30 days of delivery so we can review it quickly. We will replace the item or refund you. This does not limit any rights you have under the law.
